This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage in proactive outreach to acquire new clients;
• Recognize commercial opportunities and assess leads;
• Arrange meetings with potential clients;
• Effectively and strategically present AlugaMais solutions;
• Lead commercial negotiations;
• Finalize contracts;
• Track the sales funnel and maintain updated information in the CRM;
• Focus on targets, conversion rates, and portfolio expansion.
• Prior experience in sales, prospecting, or commercial customer service;
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities;
• Proactive, persuasive, and results-driven attitude;
• Well-organized for managing routines and following up on leads;
• Comfortable using digital tools and conducting online meetings;
• Experience in B2B sales is advantageous;
• Familiarity with the real estate market is considered a plus.
