This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania, +1 more state.
β’ Actively drive revenue enhancement through the acquisition of new business and the growth of existing accounts.
β’ Proactively seek out and engage with pharmaceutical and life science clients to discover new opportunities in consulting, analytics, and primary market research services.
β’ Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor regarding commercial strategy and market insight requirements.
β’ Create customized proposals, statements of work, and market entry strategies that align with client objectives.
β’ Collaborate with internal consulting teams to define, position, and deliver high-quality engagements.
β’ Ensure exceptional customer service by coordinating with Project Managers and Managing Consultants to guarantee successful execution and client satisfaction.
β’ Lead and participate in client meetings to comprehend changing business needs and suggest suitable solutions across MAC capabilities.
β’ Evaluate and integrate client and market insights to guide business development strategies and engagement opportunities.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within healthcare, life sciences, or consulting sectors.
β’ Proven track record in selling consulting, analytics, or primary market research services.
β’ Preferably experienced in a healthcare professional services firm, market research firm, or life sciences organization.
β’ Strong grasp of primary market research methodologies (both qualitative and quantitative) and analytics.
β’ Demonstrated capability to prospect, develop, and finalize business with pharmaceutical and life science clients.
β’ Ability to create insightful and persuasive proposals and deliver strategic sales communications effectively.
β’ Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration with consulting, analytics, and commercial teams.
β’ Familiarity with drug development, commercialization, and marketing processes within the biopharmaceutical sector.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
