This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify potential leads and initiate contact to introduce the company and its commercial offerings.
• Engage in negotiations with clients, preparing and following up on both technical and commercial proposals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities centered around Microsoft 365 initiatives, including migration, modernization, and security enhancements.
• Oversee contracts for both new and existing clients while monitoring financial and billing activities.
• Organize commercial workflows, which include designing flowcharts, proposal templates, and segmenting services.
• Develop and monitor commercial performance metrics, delivering results and forecasts to senior management.
• Assist the marketing team in crafting campaigns and strategies for client acquisition.
• Engage in meetings and training sessions with strategic partners.
• Play a role in the strategic planning for the commercial department.
• Utilize CRM systems to effectively manage the sales pipeline.
• Completed Bachelor's degree.
• Prior experience in technology sales.
• Proven ability in consultative selling and negotiation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft solutions, particularly Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of CRM systems.
• Strong analytical abilities for managing contracts and developing commercial KPIs.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Sales Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and security initiatives.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud solutions.
• Certification in cloud fundamentals, such as Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
• Must provide own laptop and mobile phone.
