This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Drive the Company’s products and services forward by fostering relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Employ consultative selling methods to sustain and enhance sales of amenities, textiles, room accessories, paper, janitorial supplies, cleaning, FF&E, and MRO products.
• Responsible for recognizing and nurturing new sales opportunities within both prospective and current accounts.
• Conduct sales calls and presentations to establish and uphold strong customer relationships.
• Proactively manage assigned accounts and implement corrective actions as necessary to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Frequently collaborate and communicate with various internal departments to provide essential information for customer service needs.
• Support the establishment of new accounts.
• Precisely forecast sales results and trends for a designated territory or group of accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
• 3 - 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success and notable achievements.
• Experience in hospitality or supply/distribution sales is preferred.
• Background in relationship sales, managing both new and existing customer opportunities, and up-selling is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), as well as interpersonal and professional interaction abilities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including planning, prioritizing, and executing multiple initiatives independently while adapting to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with general finance concepts is necessary.
• Proficient in computer skills, including managing and maintaining a customer database and competency in Microsoft Office 365.
