This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• You will spearhead the strategic sales of capital products across all categories of surgical solutions.
• Collaborate with clinical consultants, dedicated product specialists, construction solution architects, corporate and strategic accounts, and product management to provide customers with comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Execute the full sales cycle, which includes opportunity prioritization, accurate forecasting, qualifying large and complex sales, preparing customer presentations, professional follow-up, and achieving goals.
• Leverage data to pinpoint key opportunities, necessitating strong analytical skills.
• Grasp and implement consultative selling techniques to identify unmet needs and foster a solution-oriented environment.
• Utilize marketing communications to create effective promotional, advertising, and trade show activities to enhance company and product visibility.
• Exhibit consistent year-over-year backlog growth by identifying green field opportunities and high-dollar renovations within your designated territory.
• Ensure that our Surgical Solutions’ product portfolio is specified at all initial stages to drive sales orders.
• A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 3+ years of experience in operating room sales (preferably in medical device capital equipment), or 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred experience in selling durable medical equipment solutions, with operating room integration experience considered an advantage.
• Strong influencing skills – the ability to understand and influence the needs of personnel ranging from nurses to C-level decision-makers.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, organizational, problem-solving, facilitation, and presentation skills are crucial for success.
• Strong analytical abilities – capable of optimally overseeing sales activities, developing sales strategies, comprehending local market and competitive trends, and conducting thorough analyses of sales deals.
