This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take ownership of LATAM pipeline development for HashSphere and tokenization/markets software targeting financial institutions.
• Identify and assess strategic opportunities with banks, fintech companies, central banks, custodians, and capital market participants in the region.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) in Portuguese, Spanish, and English to gain insights into business challenges and transformation objectives.
• Position HashSphere and asset tokenization as essential solutions for enterprise applications in regulated LATAM financial markets.
• Collaborate with Hashgraph's global sales, product, and solutions teams to define and advance opportunities.
• Represent Hashgraph at significant LATAM financial services events, industry forums, and partner networks.
• Deliver organized market intelligence and feedback on regulatory, competitive, and commercial trends throughout the region.
• Assist in the creation and localization of sales materials, proposals, and business cases tailored for LATAM audiences.
• Established track record of cultivating enterprise relationships and finalizing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in LATAM financial markets.
• Proficiency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish - capable of engaging at the C-suite level fluently across Brazil, Mexico, and the wider LATAM region.
• Proven ability to implement disciplined sales processes utilizing structured methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC/MEDPICC).
• Experience in selling technical products or platforms (cloud, infrastructure, SaaS, or emerging technologies) to regulated financial institutions.
• Strong sense of ownership in pipeline development, qualification, and deal advancement.
• Comprehensive understanding of LATAM financial services dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and enterprise buyer behavior.
• Background in selling to LATAM financial services, enterprise technology, or regulated sectors - particularly banks, fintechs, or capital markets participants.
• Experience collaborating with technical buyers and cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and solutions.
• Familiarity with blockchain, distributed ledger technology, tokenization, or digital assets (not mandatory, but advantageous).
• An established network within LATAM financial services, central banks, or multilateral institutions (e.g., CAF, IDB) is a significant advantage.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, early-stage commercial environment with limited guidance - you contribute to building the processes.
