This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Facilitate sales meetings: Conduct meetings with clients (averaging 4–5 daily) to assess client requirements, showcase our optimal solutions, and generate substantial interest in our offerings;
• Client relationship management: Foster strong relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, address objections, and aim for a decisive "yes" or "no" regarding our proposal;
• CRM updates and management: Log interactions and lead statuses, ensuring precise oversight of the sales funnel;
• Participation in training and development: Engage in ongoing development by attending training sessions and enhancing skills that boost conversion rates;
• Team support and process enhancement: Share insights about leads with the team, assist in formulating sales strategies, and propose enhancements to the commercial process;
• Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person events.
• Proficient sales skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Significant experience in consultative selling
• Professional demeanor, presence, and self-assurance
• High emotional intelligence—capable of performing under pressure, managing objections, and accepting client rejections
• Dedicated quiet workspace at home
• Knowledge and experience in business management
• Proficiency in advanced closing and negotiation techniques (such as NLP, SPIN Selling, etc.)
• Experience with remote work (working from home)
