This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee the complete commercial process: prospecting, needs assessment, proposal formulation, negotiation, and finalizing deals.
• Manage a client portfolio with independence and systematic organization.
• Ensure the CRM is current and actively track your sales pipeline.
• Work towards targets while maintaining a strong focus on performance.
• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in sales.
• Proven track record of remote work and self-scheduling.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities (through phone, WhatsApp, and video conferencing).
• Knowledge of CRM systems, digital tools, and online platforms.
• Experience in selling accounting services.
• Background in working with clients across various regions in Brazil.
