This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Qualify leads that enter the sales pipeline.

• Reach out to potential customers through WhatsApp.

• Retrieve lead lists.

• Reconnect with former contacts.

• Lead the negotiation and closing stages.

• Dispatch payment links and transition the customer to the Customer Success team.

• Engage in management rituals, aligning with and providing updates on the status of your work.

• Utilize metrics and KPIs to consistently enhance results and processes in your domain.


⛳️ Requirements

• Enthusiasm, empathy, and excellent communication abilities.

• Experience in B2C customer service is advantageous.

• Prior experience as a Pre-Sales representative or Sales Consultant.

• Minimum requirement of a high school diploma.

• Proactive, self-sufficient profile — a go-getter who takes initiative.

• A strong passion for sales, performance, and daily challenges.

• Alignment with the fitness and wellness sector.

• Familiarity with consultative selling techniques (SPIN Selling, rapport-building, objection handling, etc.).
