This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Client Partnership: Act as the main solution consultant and technical liaison for both prospective and current clients.
• Industry Insight: Perform comprehensive research to remain informed about industry trends and develop in-depth insights.
• Tailored Solutions: Customize and deliver software demonstrations that meet specific business needs of clients.
• Strategic Advising: Encourage clients to reconsider their existing processes and explore broader, more efficient solutions.
• Product Expertise: Manage and configure demonstration environments to highlight the full potential of our technology.
• Sales Support: Contribute to the development of responses for RFIs, RFPs, and proposals, and assist sales teams during client meetings and marketing events.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure alignment with client expectations and requirements.
• Market Analysis: Observe and assess competitive products and industry developments to guide sales strategies and product development.
• Feedback Loop: Collect and communicate client feedback to drive product enhancements and innovation.
• Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on sales consulting activities, offering insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• GRC Expertise: Proficient knowledge in Governance, Risk, and Compliance, particularly in risk management, policy management, and hotline compliance.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency) and possess business-level proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Sales / Consulting Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales consulting, risk advisory, or similar skills development.
• Results-Driven: Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets and objectives.
• AI Proficiency: Familiarity with various AI tools to quickly enhance knowledge and execution of essential job functions.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze data, recognize trends, and make well-informed decisions.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, possessing strong organizational and time management skills.
• Professionalism: Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Motivation: A driven, hands-on professional who excels both independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capacity to think critically and provide innovative solutions to intricate challenges.
