This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Manage both inbound and outbound interactions with customers throughout Brazil, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to closing.
• Assess customer needs through thorough discovery processes and recommend the most suitable solutions from the available product lineup.
• Navigate negotiations with clarity and strategy, addressing any objections and striving for high-quality conversions.
• Maintain a target-oriented approach with a focus on performance metrics, regularly reviewing your results and seeking opportunities for improvement.
• Document and monitor interactions in the CRM, ensuring proper organization of accounts and transparency within the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with team members by sharing insights and contributing to overall performance enhancements.
• Must be available to work in a performance-driven, operational setting with a 44-hour workweek.
• Previous experience in inside sales, call centers, or customer service is required.
• Background in selling financial products or services is essential.
• Fundamental understanding of CRM and sales systems is necessary.
