Sales Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying and tracking fraudulent activities and compliance concerns through interaction analysis.

• Execute both qualitative and quantitative analyses to comprehend and report on significant trends affecting customer experiences and business objectives.

• Leverage voice analytics software to pinpoint specific call types and develop custom views that provide business value.

• Carry out comprehensive and precise audits of customer interactions and Expert performance using various lead generation sources, including machine learning models.

• Generate visual reports that help to create narratives accompanying the data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant area.

• At least 6 months of prior experience in compliance, fraud, legal, sales, customer service, quality, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Power BI is preferred.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
