This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the administration, governance, and continuous execution of our sales compensation programs as we expand.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, HR, and Accounting to ensure that compensation plans are administered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance for all variable-based roles.
• Introduce structure, discipline, and operational excellence throughout the complete sales compensation process.
• Assist in ensuring timely payouts, robust controls, and clear communication across the organization.
• Develop processes, manage intricate workflows, and act as a reliable operational partner to cross-functional teams.
• 3–6 years of experience in sales compensation, sales operations, FP&A, finance, or a similar analytical/operational position.
• Familiarity with sales compensation tools such as SPIFF, CaptivateIQ, Varicent, or similar platforms is preferred, with a strong preference for SPIFF experience.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Sigma, or comparable platforms is preferred.
• WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive, high-impact data and calculations comfortably.
• Capability to manage recurring processes with strict deadlines, controls, and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; advanced skills in Excel / Google Sheets are preferred.
• Clear communicator who can engage effectively with senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and enhancing processes as the business evolves.
