This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Establish and uphold communication frameworks across the enterprise, including cadence, channels, and approval processes.
• Create and maintain playbooks, training manuals, and documentation to promote consistent knowledge sharing throughout all business units.
• Change Management: Develop and execute standards for managing and implementing changes, ensuring effective planning, communication, and execution of new initiatives, processes, and system updates.
• Training and Enablement: Design, coordinate, and provide training programs and enablement resources to equip teams with the knowledge and skills essential for success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations, Quality, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure readiness for launches, process changes, and organizational adjustments. Lead alignment and readiness discussions to facilitate smooth execution.
• Communication Leadership: Provide clear, timely, and actionable enterprise-wide communications on launches, pricing, process updates, and other critical information.
• Adoption and Performance Monitoring: Monitor adoption metrics, identify gaps, and proactively implement corrective measures to ensure consistency and alignment across the field.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from teams and performance metrics to enhance playbooks, training materials, and communications for ongoing refinement.
• Ownership and Accountability: Act as the sole owner of enterprise communications, playbooks, and training standards, ensuring consistent and aligned rollouts across all business units while driving operational coherence.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Training & Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales enablement, corporate communications, training, or change management, preferably in a dynamic, technology-oriented electronics distribution or B2B setting.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement enterprise-wide communication frameworks, playbooks, and training programs that foster consistency and adoption.
• Strong grasp of change management and rollout best practices, with a proven history of driving alignment across various business units.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts into clear, actionable messages for internal teams.
• Experience in delivering training, workshops, and enablement initiatives across diverse teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
• Collaborative approach with experience working alongside Operations, Quality, IT, and business leaders to ensure successful execution.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, with the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high standards.
• Proficient in communication, collaboration, and learning tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LMS platforms).
• Data-driven and metrics-focused, capable of tracking adoption, assessing impact, and continuously improving programs.
