This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will engage with: warm leads (inbound inquiries, demo requests, registrations)
• Proactive outreach through cold calling
• Independent reactivation of leads
• Preparing proposals and conducting follow-ups
• Negotiating and closing deals
• Your daily objective: a minimum of 30 phone calls each day
• Conducting product demonstrations
• Crafting customized proposals
• Scheduling follow-ups
• Finalizing sales
• You will lead sales discussions with decision-makers in the e-commerce sector (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Proven sales experience (REQUIRED) — specifically in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics
• Proficiency with HubSpot (ABSOLUTE MUST) — comfortable with pipeline management, deals, tasks, and reporting
• Strong closing skills and a goal-oriented mindset — motivated to sell and finalize deals
• Phone-centric — making 30+ calls per day (both warm and cold) is normal for you
• Self-sufficient and performance-driven — working remotely means achieving results
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
