This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engage in one-on-one sales discussions with qualified prospects.

• Manage the sales pipeline within the CRM, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to enhance closing rates.
• Continuously develop your closing techniques and sales conversation skills.
• Proven experience in high-ticket closing or consultative/complex sales.
• Ability to confidently manage demanding clients.
• Strong closing skills while maintaining high-quality sales dialogues.
• Structured approach to work and accountability for your performance metrics.
• High level of call activity and self-discipline.
• Exceptional language proficiency and communication skills.
• Negotiation-level proficiency in German; English language skills are a plus.
