This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Perform both outbound and inbound sales calls to create new business opportunities and foster existing client relationships.
• Provide engaging consultations customized to meet client requirements.
• Engage in remote phone or virtual sales discussions with qualified prospects, presenting solutions, addressing objections, and finalizing sales.
• Employ CRM software to monitor leads, manage customer interactions, and evaluate sales data.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales journey, promoting client retention and establishing long-term relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or phone/virtual sales.
• Familiarity with CRM software platforms.
• Proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales methodologies.
• Strong negotiation skills paired with analytical capabilities to recognize client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
• Experience in account management, upselling, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication abilities with a talent for delivering engaging presentations.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and business development practices is advantageous.
• Capacity to work autonomously in a remote setting with exceptional time management skills.
• Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales is beneficial but not mandatory.
