This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ You will engage in sales discussions with business owners and key decision-makers.
β’ Your objective is to finalize agreements β promote additional sales β foster long-term customer relationships.
β’ You will market a high-converting introductory product that acts as an entry point and provides substantial upsell opportunities.
β’ Your responsibilities include: β engaging in sales discussions β finalizing agreements β nurturing customer relationships (upsell/upgrade) β collaborating directly with sales leadership.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of sales experience (B2B or B2C).
β’ At least 1 year of experience in digital or remote sales (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
β’ Ability to work independently and in a methodical manner.
β’ A strong motivation for performance-based compensation.
β’ Preferred: experience in recruiting or HR sales.
β’ A high-performance work environment.
β’ A data-driven approach β reliance on clear metrics rather than intuition.
β’ Constructive feedback.
