This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Act as a clinical business partner for clients, fostering and sustaining relationships with facility, regional, corporate, and C-suite leadership.
• Engage in and deliver presentations during customer business reviews, clinical and regional meetings, and executive discussions.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Sales, and Clinical Leadership to enhance customer retention, drive business growth, and formulate account strategies.
• Oversee assigned accounts and clinical initiatives aimed at improving clinical outcomes, addressing customer needs, enhancing operational efficiencies, and achieving business objectives.
• Create and present business reviews, clinical presentations, and tailored content for customers.
• Conduct educational programs, sizing initiatives, and other forms of clinical education.
• Organize on-site visits, webinars, video presentations, and provide virtual or telephone clinical support.
• Offer clinical assistance for product trials, onboarding new customers, implementation, education, and account optimization.
• Provide clinical direction and support across Long-Term Care (LTC), Home Care, and Retail sectors.
• Manage PPD/utilization initiatives and respond to clinically related customer inquiries.
• Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, products, and clinical best practices.
• Execute other related clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Must hold a current and valid RN, LPN, or LVN license and certifications.
• Preferably 5 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in developing and delivering clinical, medical, business, and executive-level presentations is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients at all organizational levels, including clinical leadership, corporate executives, and C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong skills in presentation, relationship management, customer engagement, and both verbal and written communication.
• Telehealth or clinical informatics experience is a plus.
• Previous experience in medical sales, account management, or customer-facing roles in healthcare is preferred.
• Familiarity with virtual meeting and presentation platforms is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and achieve goals while remaining adaptable, hands-on, results-oriented, and collaborative.
• Must adhere to organizational policies and procedures while upholding high standards of clinical support, professionalism, and customer service.
