• Manage revenue growth and nurture relationships within a designated account environment focused on Credit Union clients.
• Forge strong partnerships with senior client management, providing insights through formal sales presentations and detailed proposals, while also negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements.
• Serve as a strategic partner and primary liaison for each client, assisting them in leveraging data, analytics, software, and technological solutions for optimal lending, risk management, fraud prevention, and member engagement.
• Work collaboratively with team members from various departments to balance priorities, engage the right stakeholders, resolve issues, and pinpoint opportunities.
• Create forecasts, advance the sales pipeline, and ensure effective delivery of solutions.
• Discover innovative methods to drive business growth and expand existing partnerships.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of proven experience in financial services, particularly in exceeding sales targets for complex solutions.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of more than 25 accounts.
• Demonstrated success in identifying sales opportunities related to marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within the financial services sector.
• Familiarity with risk management issues and growth challenges in the credit union or banking industry.
• Solid understanding of customer priorities and the strategies needed to meet revenue and profit goals.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
