Sales – Career Changer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for customers, offering both telephone and written guidance on credit comparisons.

• Assist customers from initial engagement through to the completion of contracts.

• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to determine the most suitable loan options.

• Provide support to customers without engaging in cold calling.

• Utilize contemporary communication tools to ensure an efficient workday.

• Some background in customer interaction (such as in sales, telesales, or retail).

• High level of reliability and a strong work ethic.

• A desire for professional growth and development.

• Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written.

• Ideally, possess completed vocational training in a commercial field.
