This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as a proactive field execution leader tasked with delivering training, coaching, and reinforcing skills for the US frontline Sales team.
• Mentor frontline sales representatives and managers on exemplary sales techniques, execution behaviors, and their application in real-world selling scenarios.
• Conduct skill-focused learning sessions that enhance confidence and improve on-ground application.
• Promote the adoption and effective utilization of frontline tools and operational methods.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, sales capability, sales enablement training, or sales leadership.
• Established credibility in frontline sales execution.
• Proven experience in coaching sales skills and facilitating training sessions (both virtual and in-person).
• Strong sales insight and comprehension of frontline execution challenges.
• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal (in English).
• Effective collaboration skills and a willingness to work across various functions.
• Familiarity with or understanding of distribution channels is preferred.
• Proficient in digital tools used in frontline sales, including experience leveraging AI-enabled features to improve planning, coaching insights, content generation, and execution efficiency.
• Skilled in using MS Office, Power BI (for sales analytics), and social media platforms.
