This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Drive the expansion of the Objektfunk business (BOS / TETRA) across both new and existing building markets.
• Identify and cultivate new customer and market opportunities, including tunnels, rail infrastructure, industrial facilities, and public buildings.
• Establish and maintain enduring customer relationships with project owners, operators, planners, installers, authorities, and emergency services.
• Oversee the entire sales process, from identifying opportunities to concluding contracts.
• Analyze customer needs and collaborate with Engineering to develop technical solution concepts.
• Prepare and coordinate proposals, cost estimates, contracts, as well as service and maintenance frameworks.
• Conduct negotiations on pricing and contracts, and engage in tenders and procurement processes.
• Monitor market trends, technologies, and competitors within the Objektfunk and BOS sectors.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists and coordinate with external partners.
• Represent the company in interactions with customers, authorities, technical committees, and at events.
• Extensive experience in technical sales or business development, preferably in Objektfunk, BOS, or critical infrastructure settings.
• Strong understanding of Objektfunk and building radio systems, including repeater, BTS, and DAS concepts.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., BDBOS, state authorities, DIN 14024) is a plus.
• Proven experience in solution and project sales involving complex technical systems.
• Ability to communicate and market technical information clearly and effectively.
• Organized, self-reliant, and responsible working style.
• Proficient in business German and possess strong English language skills.
