This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement strategic sales strategies to meet revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities with health plans, provider groups, ACOs, CINs, FQHCs, and integrated delivery networks.
• Establish and nurture executive-level relationships with C-suite executives, medical directors, quality leaders, and population health stakeholders.
• Manage the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, discovery, solution presentations, proposal creation, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to devise go-to-market strategies and sales initiatives.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver precise forecasting.
• Build relationships with Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, ACA, Commercial, and Dual-Eligible health plans.
• Position healow Insights solutions to tackle payer challenges related to quality improvement, member engagement, risk adjustment, and value-based contracts.
• Facilitate partnership development opportunities between health plans and provider organizations.
• Advise prospects on strategies for enhancing documentation, coding accuracy, and risk score performance.
• Educate clients on best practices for quality improvement initiatives and value-based performance programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in Healthcare sales and business development.
• Proven track record of selling to Health Plans, ACOs, MSOs, CINs, and Value-Based Care Organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Risk Adjustment, HCC Coding, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Managed Care, Quality Programs, Population Health, and Value-Based Care.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas.
• Experience in managing complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time.
