
Sales Audiologist / Hearing Instrument Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Deliver remote patient care and sales for Ausotic Hearing Aids and Earlens hearing devices.
• Provide counseling and education to patients remotely regarding hearing loss and treatment alternatives.
• Suggest, sell, and fit Earlens products, air conduction systems, and Ausotic hearing aids.
• Assist patients in making treatment decisions, addressing their questions and concerns, and finalizing the suitable solution.
• Record patient interactions and ensure accurate EMR documentation.
• Manage appointment scheduling and work in collaboration with local and national support teams.
• Offer outstanding patient care and proactive follow-up to reduce returns and enhance satisfaction.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and referral sources.
• Keep updated on hearing technology, Earlens product enhancements, and telehealth best practices.
• Achieve clinic productivity, quality, and sales objectives.
• A valid Missouri state license to practice as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
• At least 2 years of experience in fitting and dispensing hearing instruments.
• Demonstrated comfort and success in a sales-focused or consultative selling environment.
• Excellent patient communication skills with the ability to clearly explain treatment options.
• Experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred.
• Capacity to work independently and achieve personal performance targets.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
• Proficiency in using a computer and telehealth technology throughout the working day.
