• Engage in comprehensive paid training and obtain insurance licensing.

• Assist enthusiastic customers throughout the insurance acquisition process.

• Aid clients in comparing over 55 insurance providers to find coverage that fits their budget.

• Address customer concerns and offer effective solutions.

• Support customers in finalizing their new insurance policies.

• Provide an outstanding, service-focused customer experience.

• Background in retail or service, particularly with experience from a leading customer-service organization.

• A friendly, diligent, and highly service-oriented mindset.

• Capacity to foster a welcoming customer environment and exceed expectations.

• Self-driven and capable of working effectively in a remote setting.

• Ability to excel in a dynamic, technology-driven atmosphere.

• Proficient in multitasking while maintaining a courteous demeanor.

• Must successfully complete the insurance licensing exam to legally sell insurance.

• Candidates must reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for this full-time hourly position.
