• Play a pivotal role in developing and executing our sales initiatives within the healthcare sector.
• Identify and conduct thorough analyses of targeted healthcare customers, including hospitals, hospital networks, and key decision-makers.
• Prepare and organize content for sales activities and meetings.
• Proactively engage with target customers through various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and selected phone calls.
• Manage follow-ups and nurture ongoing relationships.
• Assist in proposal processes and preparations for closing deals.
• Contribute to the creation of a scalable and structured sales process.
• Develop and prepare sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Support LinkedIn content creation for market positioning.
• Prepare materials based on project outcomes and discussions with clients.
• Organize and facilitate events such as workshops and networking formats.
• Aid in the development of newsletters and communications for existing customers.
• A structured, independent, and dependable working style.
• Capability to rapidly comprehend complex healthcare topics and tailor them for the target audience.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with decision-makers.
• Initial experience in proactive outreach and customer relationship building.
• A hands-on approach with high standards for execution and outcomes.
• A genuine interest in actively influencing the commercial growth of a healthcare organization.
• Ability to drive initiatives autonomously and take ownership of responsibilities.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in one of the following areas:
• - Healthcare (e.g., hospital settings, project work, business development)
• - Digital Health
• - Healthcare Consulting
• A medical or health-economics background with applicable practical experience.
• A solid grasp of hospital structures, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders.
• Experience engaging with physicians, hospital management, or similar professionals.
• Initial practical exposure to sales, business development, or partner management.
• Proficient use of PowerPoint and structured presentation development.
• Ability to present information clearly, accurately, and persuasively.
• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken.
• Direct collaboration with the founder.
