📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls, texts, and inquiries with a friendly, prompt, and professional approach

• Conduct follow-ups with leads through phone, text, and email

• Provide accurate quotes for cleaning services

• Clearly explain the hourly cleaning model

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate service and confidently booking

• Confirm essential details to avoid future issues

• Maintain thorough notes in systems for the operations team

• Update and manage the sales pipeline within the CRM

• Post clear updates on Slack

• Achieve daily activity goals and enhance the close rate

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills

• Strong presence on phone calls

• Reliable WiFi connection

• Quiet workspace suitable for calls

• Quick typing skills and a keen eye for detail

• Comfortable using Slack, Google Sheets, CRMs, and phone systems

• Ability to consistently follow a structured process

• High level of accountability - responsible for posting updates, completing follow-ups, and owning results
