This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the comprehensive RFP and RFI response process for clients with up to 3,000 employees.
• Accurately and promptly complete security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and procurement forms.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Product, Legal, Security) to collect and validate necessary information.
• Maintain and contribute to a centralized library of standardized RFP responses and sanctioned content.
• Customize responses to meet the unique requirements, industry context, and evaluation criteria of each prospect.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and closure — for accounts with up to 300 employees.
• Engage in outbound prospecting through email, phone, and social media to develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls to identify prospect pain points, workflows, and decision-making processes.
• Provide tailored product demonstrations that address the specific needs of each prospect.
• Create and present proposals, manage objections, and facilitate deal closures.
• Keep precise and current records of all pipeline activities and deal progress in the CRM.
• Ensure a seamless transition to the Customer Success team upon deal closure.
• Qualify incoming leads and direct Enterprise opportunities to the correct Account Executive.
• Work in conjunction with marketing on campaign follow-ups and lead conversion strategies.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.
• Share market and competitive insights gained from prospect discussions with the wider team.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively represent our solutions across diverse use cases.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or as an Account Executive.
• Proven track record of managing a complete sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in crafting proposals and RFP responses.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple deals and deadlines concurrently.
• Comfortable working autonomously with a strong sense of responsibility for your portfolio.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales processes.
