This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• This role primarily focuses on enhancing sales within the designated Region.
• Aesop Wholesale Sales Representatives execute the objectives and goals set by the Sales and National Sales Managers to achieve targeted results.
• Responsible for selling vehicles, parts, and accessories to wholesale parts clients while proactively seeking wholesale accounts.
• Cultivates trust by developing relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Represents the company in a professional and ethical manner, demonstrating a high level of integrity.
• Acts as a relationship manager for all customer interactions.
• Maintains and strengthens connections with both new and existing accounts.
• Supplies customers with pricing, product details, lead time information, and necessary updates.
• Engages with automotive wholesale distributors, contractors, and private label partners in the sales territory using virtual technology and phone calls.
• Regularly monitors existing orders to prevent any issues that could adversely impact the customer experience.
• Provides daily reports of all communications, both verbal and written, to the Sales Manager.
• An Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical institution, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales to large customer groups or wholesalers.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a dedication to maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both internal and external.
• Capable of reading, writing, and understanding instructions, brief correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings to customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Remains calm and positive under pressure, demonstrating courage and decisiveness in action.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Familiar with operating office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, phone systems, and mobile phones.
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity, avoiding unethical shortcuts and communicating transparently and truthfully.
• Must be able to collaborate effectively across different functions.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
