Sales Assistant / Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure and result reporting.

• Actively contribute to revenue generation by collaborating closely with prospects.

• Provide a seamless and professional sales experience.

• Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation and closing.

• Engage in cold calling and setting appointments.

• Follow up with both inbound and outbound leads through calls, texts, and emails.

• Assess prospects and showcase service offerings.

• Finalize deals and transform opportunities into confirmed jobs.

• Keep the CRM updated with precise lead and pipeline information.

• Generate daily and weekly sales reports.

• Ensure continuous follow-up to avoid missed opportunities.

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, or closing roles.

• Demonstrated capability to independently manage the entire sales cycle.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Confident in cold calling, handling objections, and closing sales.

• Highly organized with a strong commitment to follow-up.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and responsible.

• Located in the Philippines.

• Reliable work-from-home setup (own equipment and stable internet connection).

• Available for full-time work (40 hours per week).
