• Leverage industry-specific tools to investigate promotional products, obtain quotes, and present organized data (shipping, fees, quantity) for Sales approval.
• Utilize **Gemini AI** to craft clear design briefs based on salesperson notes; serve as the primary motivator for customers experiencing delays in the proof approval phase to maintain timelines.
• Maintain a high level of daily activity within the internal project management system, converting approved estimates into active orders while keeping the team aligned.
• Establish project folders, store image assets, and organize measurements and site surveys within the CRM.
• Employ a cloud-based phone system for direct customer communication and remain in constant connection with the internal team through video meetings and Slack.
• 3-5+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales support, project coordination, or administrative roles within a dynamic agency or production environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to U.S. clients to follow up on deposits and project approvals with a warm, professional, and persuasive approach.
• Native-Level English: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential for professional customer interactions.
• Excel in a support role where your achievements are connected to the success of the sales team and the efficiency of the production line.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs). Familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, ClickUp, or AI tools is a considerable advantage.
• Capability to manage numerous moving parts simultaneously without overlooking small technical details.
