This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct a precise call script throughout every conversation, from the initial greeting to final booking. Deviations from the script are only permitted to address specific client inquiries (such as directions or timing) or to gather unique information. Any modifications to the script must be tested and approved by the Salon Director in advance.
• Handle incoming SMS, Facebook DMs, and Instagram DMs that require human intervention when AI is unable to assist.
• Generate follow-up tasks within the CRM system.
• Schedule appointments, manage rescheduling, and process cancellations.
• Reach out to no-show clients to encourage them to return to the calendar.
• Liaise with hair stylists regarding client requests and scheduling requirements.
• Complete end-of-day reporting.
• Participate in weekly responsibilities.
• Attend weekly review meetings.
• Review KPI targets, take ownership of your metrics, and present data-driven suggestions for improvement (no deviations from established scripts or processes; all changes must follow a structured procedure).
• Language: Near-native proficiency in English and Spanish (bilingual).
• Location: Must be based in Latin America.
• Sales Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, with the ability to conduct discovery, build rapport, and manage objections effectively.
• Communication: Must be confident, articulate, and friendly during phone interactions; an extroverted personality is essential.
• Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Ability to interpret tones, identify hesitations, and proactively address concerns.
• Process-Oriented: Must be detail-oriented and capable of following instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Problem-Solving: Skilled at independently resolving edge case scenarios and overcoming objections.
• CRM Literacy: Experience with CRM systems, maintaining organized leads. Familiarity with GoHighLevel is highly advantageous.
• Internet: Must have fast and reliable internet access, with a backup option in case of outages. Minimum speed of 25-50 Mbps is required.
• Computer: Minimum of 8 GB RAM is required; 16 GB or more is preferred. A wired headset and mouse are necessary, and a second monitor is a plus.
• **Preferred Qualifications**
• - Over 1 year of sales experience.
• - Familiarity with the salon/beauty service industry (or experience in any B2C appointment-based service business).
• - Personal interest in the beauty/self-care sector.
• - Experience working with female clientele.
• - Proficiency with AI, particularly in relation to AI agents or AI-powered tools for business and sales applications.

• Competitive compensation: Base salary ranges from $1,400 to $1,600 per month, in addition to an attractive commission structure based on successful appointments and performance bonuses. On-target earnings of $2,000 to $2,800 per month.
