• Navigate customers through project lifecycles by offering technical insights and suggestions to guarantee effective product implementation that meets project specifications.
• Create, document, and optimize processes to enhance efficiency, precision, and scalability in technical sales support and application engineering tasks.
• Assess quotes for technical correctness, code adherence, and conformity with customer needs, ensuring that solutions align with specifications and organizational benchmarks.
• Guarantee precise product configuration and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, product management, and operations teams to synchronize on product functionalities, address technical issues, and foster ongoing product enhancement.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of product lines, including features, specifications, and application requirements, to provide well-informed recommendations and training to both internal teams and customers.
• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience with technical products and customer projects, encompassing roles in sales support, application engineering, or product specialization within manufacturing.
