Sales and Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of incoming leads, proposals, project schedules, CRM organization, vendor communications, and backend operational tasks.

• Create quotes and proposals utilizing provided templates and guidance.

• Help with follow-up and communication regarding inbound leads.

• Ensure CRM data is accurate and well-organized.

• Monitor project timelines, production schedules, and operational deadlines.

• Upload and refresh content within Shopify.

• Offer general administrative and operational assistance throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in supporting sales, operations, project coordination, or administrative roles.

• Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is highly preferred.

• Knowledge of Shopify or experience with website backend management is advantageous.
