Sales and Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and implement marketing strategies.

• Lead the planning, strategy, and execution of marketing campaigns, which includes coordinating workflows, sequencing emails, and creating content.

• Oversee the content strategy and editorial calendar for tPX social media platforms to enhance visibility and engagement.

• Regularly evaluate market trends and client requirements.

• Conduct research and analyze key industries and regions to identify and prioritize prospective clients.

• Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing projects, working in collaboration with marketing and sales teams, designers, and editors to achieve target dates and launch milestones.

• Coordinate with external marketing partners to facilitate marketing automations while proactively assessing, implementing, and optimizing relevant HubSpot features.

• Assist in the development, coordination, and promotion of webinars and events to boost awareness and attendance.

• Direct the strategy for conferences and events alongside the team.

• Aid in the development, coordination, and promotion of long-form content, including whitepapers and other digital content.

• Oversee and implement updates to website content.

• Serve as the project manager for marketing initiatives, ensuring that tasks and campaigns progress efficiently.

• Support various marketing tasks that enhance brand consistency and meet external communication needs.

• Prepare monthly metrics reports.

• Content Development & Communications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to collect information, draft content, or prepare materials for marketing efforts.

• Work closely with the Director of Content on blog posts, whitepapers, and other content initiatives.

• Plan, create, and manage all content on LinkedIn and other social media channels.

• Sales operations.

• Drive lead generation through active prospecting, nurturing, webinars, events, daily outreach, and lead lifecycle activities.

• Develop, monitor, and expand the prospect list.

• Manage leads and the overall lead funnel using the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy to assist tPX in achieving new business objectives.

• Nurture and convert leads throughout the sales pipeline.

• Support proposals, pitches, and high-effort Request for Proposals (RFPs) alongside client relationship leads.

• Contribute to the Team’s annual sales objectives by creating opportunities for organic growth and assisting in proposals for new clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in lead generation and closure.

• Proficient in foundational sales activities, including active outreach, building prospect lists, and crafting successful pitches and proposals.

• Capable of leading the entire lead generation process—from attracting leads through webinars to closing them during the proposal phase.

• Skilled in creating and managing innovative marketing campaigns for professional services.

• Systems and project management.

• Expertise in building automated workflows, tracking sales pipelines, maintaining accurate data, and generating reports in HubSpot.

• Ability to effectively set up and lead complex internal and client-related projects.

• Marketing.

• Basic skills in updating websites, such as WordPress or Webflow.

• Proficient in crafting effective LinkedIn posts, hosting webinars, and promoting significant content like whitepapers.

• Competent in conducting research to identify target clients by industry and geography.
