Sales and Marketing Executive

📋 Description

• Provide knowledgeable product support to end users, dealers, and industry stakeholders.

• Conduct impactful technical training and customized sessions on product usage, safety, and certification.

• Resolve technical issues and collaborate with sales teams to convert leads into loyal customers.

• Advocate for innovative products through solution-oriented selling and targeted marketing efforts.

• Organize joint initiatives and lead product demonstrations at dealer events.

• Represent the company at various events and coordinate activities with partners.

• Facilitate product testing sessions and connect customers with appropriate solutions through consultative selling.

• Foster strong customer relationships and offer ongoing support.

• Collect customer feedback to aid in product enhancement.

• Must possess a recent degree in a business-related field.

• Relevant skills and experience that align with the role.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales, marketing, or technical support within the tools, industrial, or hardware sectors.

• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

• Capability to engage and train a diverse range of audiences.

• Proactive and results-driven approach.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Valid UK driver’s license.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the UK.
