This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and maintain a systematic lead database, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Conduct research and evaluate potential clients, pinpointing the most promising leads for outreach.
• Engage and cultivate relationships with leads through LinkedIn, email, and various other channels.
• Diligently follow up on all inbound and outbound leads to facilitate their progression through the pipeline.
• Organize and coordinate appointments between prospective clients and the CEO.
• Enhance and update the Grandview CFO website to improve lead conversion rates.
• Manage and optimize the CEO’s LinkedIn profile, focusing on content creation and engagement.
• Produce high-quality marketing materials, such as blog articles, LinkedIn posts, and email campaigns.
• Craft persuasive client proposals customized to meet the needs of prospective clients.
• Maintain and implement a structured marketing calendar to guarantee consistent outreach.
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring clear visibility into lead status.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports detailing sales and marketing performance.
• Keep CRM records up to date, ensuring all interactions are accurately documented.
• Streamline lead management processes to enhance efficiency and boost conversion rates.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Background in sales support, lead generation, or marketing (B2B experience preferred).
• Keen attention to detail and the capability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in CRM systems, LinkedIn, email marketing, and basic website management.
