
B2B Demand Generation Manager β Head of Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Focus on establishing a robust inbound engine from the ground up for the enterprise SaaS sector.
β’ Oversee the marketing budget and assess ROI, including cost-per-lead and pipeline value.
β’ Collaborate closely with the CEO/COO and sales team to transition marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into the sales funnel.
β’ Identify and engage influencers and speakers within the German-speaking market.
β’ Develop and enhance lead-generation channels such as webinars, content marketing, thought leadership, and performance marketing.
β’ Demonstrated experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within the SaaS and enterprise sectors.
β’ Hands-on approach: not only do you strategize, but you also implement those strategies personally.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of the DACH target market and expertise in positioning complex software solutions to decision-makers.
β’ Experience in establishing partner networks, including affiliates, experts, and speakers.
