This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Taking full responsibility for the entire sales and marketing funnel, from lead generation to signed contracts and acquiring new clients.
• Formulating and implementing the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company in line with growth objectives.
• Reviewing current sales and marketing processes to identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities, then enacting effective solutions.
• Establishing consistent and scalable lead generation systems across various acquisition channels, including SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, content marketing, and other growth initiatives.
• Guaranteeing a steady flow of qualified leads that align with the company's revenue goals.
• Enhancing sales performance by refining lead qualification, sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
• Personally spearheading strategic sales initiatives and key opportunities during the initial rebuilding phase while staying actively engaged in high-value deals as needed.
• Recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams as the departments expand.
• Overseeing departmental budgets, hiring strategies, resource distribution, and channel investment decisions to optimize return on investment.
• Setting clear KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems for both Sales and Marketing functions.
• Monitoring pipeline health, lead generation efficacy, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue forecasts, and overall commercial performance.
• Providing regular performance updates, strategic recommendations, and revenue forecasts to Company Leadership.
• Collaborating closely with the Service Department to ensure alignment between client expectations, sales commitments, and service delivery.
• Working with internal stakeholders to enhance client acquisition, onboarding, and long-term success.
• Identifying new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and innovative growth initiatives that support the company’s long-term expansion.
• Continuously analyzing industry trends, competitor activities, ecommerce developments, and emerging marketing strategies to maintain Hustler Marketing's competitive edge.
• Creating scalable processes, documentation, and operational frameworks that enhance departmental efficiency and promote long-term growth.
• Fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence among Sales and Marketing teams.
• Participating in leadership meetings and contributing to the overall strategic vision of the company.
• Assisting other departments with commercial insights and strategic initiatives as needed.
• Reporting directly to Company Leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct accountability for commercial outcomes.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, and leading high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
• Demonstrated capability to drive revenue growth while developing scalable commercial systems and processes.
• Significant experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company serving ecommerce businesses (required).
• Proven success in generating qualified leads through various acquisition channels including SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, content marketing, and other growth strategies.
• Strong sales experience with a successful history of closing new business and managing high-value sales opportunities.
• Deep understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills to measure funnel performance, interpret commercial data, and make data-informed decisions.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills capable of building high-performing remote teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, accountability, responsiveness, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
• Experience selling retention marketing services such as Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, or UGC services is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, ecommerce marketing technology, and the broader ecommerce ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Existing relationships or network within the ecommerce or DTC industry are considered a strong asset.
• Must demonstrate excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Availability and responsiveness during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3-6 PM BCN time) is required.
• Must consistently work 30-35 hours per week (approximately 140 hours monthly).
• A stable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer capable of participating in virtual meetings are essential.
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback while also providing effective coaching and feedback to team members is necessary.
