Sales and Financial Solutions Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Proactively recognize member needs through meaningful dialogues and suggest products and services that enhance financial well-being during each call.

• Employ Mountain America's AAA sales model (Assess, Advise, Assist) to develop tailored solutions, strengthen member relationships, meet performance objectives, and provide outstanding member experiences.

• Establish trust through clear, professional, and empathetic communication.

• Actively engage in listening, pose insightful questions, clarify complex information in a comprehensible manner, and foster positive member experiences in every interaction.

• Adhere to all regulations mandated by law, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC, FACT Act, GLBA, Regulation CC (funds availability), Regulation DD (TIS), and other applicable regulations related to the position.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• 6-12 months of experience in customer service, sales, retail, or call centers is preferred.

• Specific criteria must be satisfied to work remotely: Internet Download Speed of 50 Megabytes and Upload Speed of 10 Megabytes, with fiber, cable, or high-speed DSL internet service necessary for your connection.

• Must be capable of connecting directly via an ethernet cable to the main internet modem.

• A distraction-free Home Office environment, quiet with a closing door, is required.

• Candidates who progress in the selection process might need to complete job-related assessments, including an evaluation of bilingual language proficiency.
