Sales and Event Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee sales initiatives and provide assistance to the RFV team during the entire sales journey.

• Create materials for meetings, including presentations, agendas, and documentation for follow-up.

• Aid in updating the CRM, tracking the sales pipeline, and generating sales reports.

• Perform research on potential customers, partners, and opportunities within the industry.

• Assist with the preparation of proposals, managing customer communications, and conducting follow-up activities.

• Help ensure organization and accountability for business development efforts.

• Manage the registration, logistics, and planning for conferences, trade shows, customer gatherings, and industry meetings.

• Maintain event calendars and monitor crucial deadlines.

• Organize sales materials, promotional content, and resources for events.

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support customer communications, social media content, and email campaigns as required.

• Work alongside internal teams and external partners to guarantee successful event execution.

• Monitor event results and assist with follow-up activities for leads after events.

• Provide administrative and coordination support to Rick Riegner and RFV leadership.

• Help with scheduling, coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, and tracking expenses.

• Organize team meetings, including agendas, action items, and follow-up communications.

• Contribute to establishing and maintaining processes that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Act as a dependable resource for daily operational support.

• Strong skills in organization and project coordination.

• Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in supporting sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing teams.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing platforms is preferred.

• Capability to work independently while effectively collaborating across teams.
