This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

• Manage incoming support calls and tickets.

• Conduct 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm leads.

• Oversee a HubSpot pipeline for follow-ups and trade-show leads.

• Spend the first 1–2 months integrated into the founder's service business to understand workflows.

• Ensure customers feel acknowledged and assured, proactively manage leads without prompting, and allow the founder to focus on higher-level tasks.

• 2–5 years of experience in a combined customer success and inside sales role, responsible for both inbound support and sales via phone.

• Proven ability to close deals over the phone through 15–30 minute discovery and quoting calls with warm inbound leads.

• Practical experience with HubSpot — including pipeline management, sequencing, task management, and tracking deal stages.

• Demonstrated sales achievements (quota attainment, lead-to-quote, or quote-to-close conversion) in a previous B2B or B2C position.

• Experience in supporting or selling to SMB service industries (e.g., pool service, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, or field/home services).

• Remote experience managing a queue of 20–100+ customers or leads with minimal oversight.

• Proficient in English at a C1+ level (CEFR) for real-time phone communication with US-based clients.
