This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Identify and engage potential clients through both inbound and outbound methods;
• Assess leads and uncover business potential;
• Facilitate sales meetings, whether online or in-person;
• Showcase and demonstrate the software through product presentations;
• Draft commercial proposals and negotiate terms effectively;
• Oversee the sales funnel and keep the CRM updated;
• Work in tandem with marketing, pre-sales, and post-sales (customer success) teams;
• Monitor performance metrics including pipeline, conversion rate, and average deal size;
• Nurture client relationships while supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives;
• Prior experience in B2B sales within the technology, software, or innovation fields;
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
• Knowledge of CRM systems and prospecting tools;
• Consultative mindset with a focus on achieving results;
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments;
• A genuine interest in understanding customer needs and providing significant value;
• A collaborative spirit coupled with a continuous desire to learn;
• Commission structure;
