This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver customer-specific reporting and analytics to support volume performance.
• Assist Sales Directors by managing data on sell-in (shipments from Zevia to customers) and sell-through (customer-specific sell-through where platform data is accessible), providing tracking and insights to achieve annual volume objectives.
• Where applicable, provide timely reporting on weekly sales outcomes, customer inventory, and SKU distribution.
• Act as a key contributor on customer-specific data systems and planning platforms for the top five customers in the market.
• Aid in identifying actionable insights.
• Facilitate the delivery of promotion plans and item distribution activities among top customers.
• Support Sales Directors in creating promotional plans, submitting to retailers, and implementing strategies.
• Assist in budget tracking related to price and promotional investments, including selected promotional recaps.
• Oversee the retailer portals for the top five customers regarding contracts and submission practices for promotional activities and new item setups.
• Provide promotion performance recaps for key investment customers.
• Support Sales Director inputs for forecasting and planning Canadian volume.
• Contribute significantly to preparing presentations for customer line reviews and annual assessments (e.g., illustrations, pricing, descriptions, sales performance).
• Collaborate with the Retail Marketing Manager to support trade shows at distributor or customer levels as required.
• Offer ad-hoc project support related to volume opportunities, gap-closing initiatives, key selling programs, and business plan objectives.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales support, trade marketing, or a related commercial function (experience in CPG is a significant advantage).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a comfort level in handling data and reporting.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in data analysis and interpreting data sets.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of anticipating needs in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with key Canadian customer portals is a major asset: LDIA, Walmart Retail Link, Sobey’s Partnership Portal, Save-On-Foods Partner Portal.
