This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Acquisition of new customers (B2B and B2C): starter sets, Ingies, and care boosters
• Conduct product presentations at client locations — from the initial introduction to finalizing sales
• Develop and sustain a loyal customer base
• Execute product demonstrations and promotions to boost sales
• Proactively collect market and customer feedback and integrate it into the sales strategy
• Experienced freelance sales agents (as outlined by §84 HGB) with validated business registration
• Background in direct sales and/or experience as a sales agent
• Enthusiasm for beauty, wellness, lifestyle, and sustainable products
• Strong sales capabilities with an emphasis on closing deals
• Self-driven, organized working approach and eagerness to contribute to building a new brand
• Ideally: an existing customer base or access to pertinent sales channels
• Attractive commission-based earning potential, including commissions on repeat orders
• Innovative, patent-protected product with distinct USPs (vegan, family-friendly, custom-blendable, sustainable, gentle — also suitable for use as a face wash)
