This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the prompt and effective delivery of Sherweb’s solutions in alignment with our customers’ needs and objectives;
• Deliver training on our products and platform, including onboarding and sales support for both new and existing clients;
• Gather customer feedback and pinpoint opportunities for Sherweb to enhance their products and service offerings continuously;
• Offer both pre- and post-sales assistance;
• Contribute significantly to customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch, efficient, and professional solutions;
• Maintain a strong emphasis on resolving issues at the first point of contact and addressing problems in a timely manner;
• Manage and take ownership of internal requests and processes on behalf of our clients.
• Actively assist sales initiatives through outbound campaigns, client follow-ups, and targeted outreach to uncover needs and growth opportunities.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
• Previous experience in a similar or sales-focused position is advantageous
• Capability to provide swift responses to customer needs
• Enthusiasm for enhancing the customer experience
• A natural, approachable, and committed team player
• Prior experience in IT is preferred
• Proficient English written and verbal communication skills.
