This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +20 more states.

📋 Description

• Welcome clients to the College HUNKS family through incoming phone interactions.

• Communicate the company's services, values, and unique offerings.

• Convert inquiries into scheduled moving or junk removal appointments.

• Establish genuine value and instill urgency while assisting clients in selecting the company.

• Represent the brand positively in every customer engagement.

• Handle a dynamic and fast-paced workload, which may include evenings and weekends.

• Attend to clients’ needs, address inquiries, and ensure a customer-first booking experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common internet applications.

• Familiar with Windows, web browsers, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.

• Capability to troubleshoot common technology issues.

• Experience with CRM systems is preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to build rapport, communicate information clearly, and maintain composure in challenging conversations.

• Proficient in multitasking during live calls while taking notes.

• Ability to recognize client needs, create authentic urgency, and confidently finalize deals without being aggressive.

• Empathetic, patient, and customer-centric approach.

• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, dependable, and collaborative.

• Availability for some evenings and weekends is essential.

• Candidates must reside within the United States.
