• Achieve and surpass individual goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Manage bookings and inquiries, providing guidance on EC centers
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate EC products using a consultative sales approach
• Accurately enter and oversee bookings within EC’s central system, including any necessary amendments
• Verify availability for courses, accommodations, and special requests across all EC centers
• Follow up on student arrival information, waiver forms, and ensure centers are ready to extend a warm welcome
• Professionally address and resolve customer complaints
• Keep informed about EC locations, services, and programs
• Coordinate with Finance to address invoicing inquiries
• Maintain a robust awareness of market trends and developments
• Experience in the EFL/ESL industry
• Strong sales abilities
• Professional telephone etiquette
• Proficient in written and spoken English
