This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the fundamental administration and coordination of projects.
• Support the preparation for meetings, take notes during attendance, and track actions.
• Aid in organizing and maintaining project documentation.
• Provide Khmer language assistance as needed.
• Help the Account Manager (AM) and Senior Sales Executive (SSE) with various paperwork and administrative tasks throughout the sales process, as well as managing requests from existing clients in Cambodia to outline the scope of work for quotes and proposals.
• Assist with necessary data entry related to customers and opportunities to keep the information for assigned clients updated in our CRM system, including document formatting and file management.
• Support the senior intern/junior project support personnel and the project team.
• Complete assigned responsibilities under guidance.
• University student or a recent graduate.
• Proficiency in Khmer is essential.
• Capable of communicating in Basic Business English.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and support project-related work.
• Comfortable using basic office tools.
